Ocean View Otter Mural

My Ocean View Otter mural at Ocean View Elementary in California stands 26 feet tall and 45 feet wide, wrapping around the entrance of the school in a burst of bright, joyful color. The scene depicts lively tide pools and playful otters splashing in the waves, surrounded by a variety of sea creatures. As part of the project, I worked with the students to create small interactive pieces — teaching them how I paint and adding a custom animal mascot for each class, dreamed up by the kids themselves.
